It sure does Joe. Since your 2018 Ford F-250 has the 6-3/4' bed, you'll need the TorkLift Talon Truck Camper Tie-Downs item # TL22SV. This is a set of front and rear tie downs that are designed to work with the factory hitch. They will not work with aftermarket or TorkLift hitches.

The TorkLift Tie Downs item # TL87DR you were looking at fit the 2018 Ford F-250 with the 8' bed only.
