The grey plastic release lever on the Replacement Non-Locking Ratchet Arm Assembly for Thule T2 Classic Platform Bike Racks part # 753357902 isn't available separately from Thule. They only offer the entire assembly unfortunately so that's what you'll have to replace to repair the rack.
