This kit lets you add new locks or replace existing cores for all your Thule products. These keyed-alike cylinders let you lock your racks, accessories, and other gear with one key. Extra-thick tumblers help prevent forced opening.

Thule's One-Key System makes it easy to secure all of your Thule racks, accessories, and other gear with just a single key. This kit includes 2 keyed-alike lock cylinders that are designed to mount in the empty lock core sockets of your Thule rack or to replace your rack's existing cores. It includes 2 over-molded keys that are comfortable to grip and easy to identify on your key chain, and 1 universal master key for adding or replacing lock cores.
Many Thule products - including roof rack feet - come ready to accept One-Key System cylinders. Just pop out the plastic lock plug, then use the included universal master key to install the new core in its place.
To replace an existing lock core simply unlock it and use the included master key to remove it. Once the existing core has been removed, pop in the new One-Key System lock.

Great product. My only concern is that the locks came with no instructions. I found how to install them in the instructions for the Thule bike rack. If I had simply purchased the locks, then I might have been a little frustrated.
They were very prompt with letting me know that the locks for a Thule bike rack were not in stock and provided options. When I chose to wait the additional one to two weeks, they were very responsive with updates right up until they were delivered.
The keys are very hard to insert. One has constantly been stuck and won't turn to lock.
My 2 piece lock set was in stocks. It arrived on the date I was given. It was easy to install. Good communication from the seller on my order status.

We have had this for about a year. Just love how this hangs off a studd in our garage. Its at the right height to hang and pick up to put on the car. It was easy to install. I wish I had another one for my bike rack for non electric bikes.

I'm sorry about that, Tom. Can you explain a little further regarding what the problem is?
Had to drill out my locks as the previous owner broke both keys in the lock. Replacement was simple afterward and they work without issue.

Still working as good as ever. So happy I was able to find a replacement for my carrier locks.
The Thule bike rack has been great! It’s sturdy, easy to use, and is attached & removed from the hitch relatively easily. It was a great price and I’m very pleased with my purchases!
I purchased a used Thule roof box which the previous owner had lost keys for the lock. These lock cylinders worked perfectly and were very easy to install.
Used it for my Thule cargo box and couldn’t be happier perfect fit and super easy installation thank you

Fits like a charm
A must have to prevent theft. Suggest buying a pair to fully secure each rack (i.e., 2 pairs of locks). These locks uphold Thule’s reputation for quality.

Fits the old Thule T2 rack system.
The key cylinder fit perfect into my Thule T2 Classic 2 bike hitch. It works well. I feel my bike is secure with this new addition.

Worked great! Saved my Thule Frontier after my son broke off the key in the old cylinder.

All working great...what else would you expect from a Thule product. Their Engineers certainly know what theyre doing! Dont let $ change your mind to purchase!
Had some confusion starting out with the bike lock cable and cylinder itself but, managed to resolve it. The product is working as advertised and designed (have not tested on the road yet).

It could be a couple of issues causing the keys to be hard to . It could be a contaminated lock core dirt or salt in the cylinder, to fix flush with lock lubricant. It could be a key that is rough cut, that would would need to be wire brushed or sanded. It could also be installed incorrectly.
