We have a few hitches that will work great for your 2021 Toyota Highlander Hybrid. We have the Curt Trailer Hitch # C99FR. It has a max tongue weight capacity of 500 lbs and a max gross trailer weight capacity of 5,000 lbs.
If you would like a hitch that is rated for a bit more weight capacity, I would go with # C45CR. This hitch has a maximum tongue weight capacity of 900 lbs and a max gross trailer weight capacity of 6,000 lbs.
With either of these hitches you will want to check what your vehicle is capable of handling and go with the lowest number between the hitch and the vehicle.
