In the video a bracket is removed from the passenger side but it does not show if it needs to be reinstalled? Thank you,

In regards to the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C45CR which is a fit for a 2022 Toyota Highlander, you'll remove a metal fascia tab from the passenger side frame rail to allow for installation of the hitch. It will not be reinstalled per the instructions which I have attached a snip of you.

Please note, if you'll be towing then you'll also need a few other items such as the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector part # TK99FR and the Curt Towing Starter Kit part # C45534.
