Brake Controller Installation for 2019 Honda Pilot

Question:

I need a brake controller for my 2019 Honda Pilot Touring AWD. It has the Honda OEM trailer hitch, AT cooler and connector socket. But your site leaves me super confused - what do I need to make the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Trailer Brake Controller - 1 to 4 Axles - Proportional work with my Pilot. Happy to buy but need clarification.

From what you describe, your 2019 Honda Pilot is equipped with the factory tow package which includes the 7-way trailer connector. All you'll need to install a Tekonsha P3 # 90195 is the # 3070-P harness. The harness would plug into the factory connector located under the dash to the left of the steering column. It'll be taped to another harness near the top of the brake pedal, as shown in the provided photo.
