Adapter to Connect 7-Round on Trailer to 7-Blade on Vehicle

Question:

i have a 7 pin round style trailer that i use on my dump truck with a 7 pin round plug . on occasions i would like to pull this trailer with my little truck with 7 style rv plug. what do i need to make everything work
