Hi There - I am looking for a hitch ball mount that has 1 of rise and can accommodate a 2 5/16 ball. What products do you recommend for this?

For a 2 inch ball mount that offers a 1 inch rise/2 inch drop and a 12K capacity, I'd recommend the Draw-Tite # 4284. For a 2-5/16 inch ball, use # 19286 which also has a 12K capacity.
If you don't need that much capacity, go for the Curt # C45030 and for a 2-5/16 inch ball, use # 63847. This combination would have a 7500 lb maximum capacity.
For either setup, you'd also need a # PC3 hitch in.
