I have a 2023 Tesla Model 3 and I would like to add a hitch to it that is capable of towing a small trailer.

To tow a trailer with your 2023 Tesla Model 3, I recommend the Stealth Hitches Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver w/ Towing Kit item # 391TES317T. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Tesla with included hardware.
I really like the Stealth Hitches because not only is the receiver completely removable but their towing kits provide you with everything you need to tow a trailer. The included ball mount comes with a 2" hitch ball and gives you a 3,500 lbs towing capacity. The wiring harness will allow you to power your trailer's lighting and braking functions.
