Recommended Equipment for Flat Towing 1999 Jeep Wrangler Behind Motorhome

I need the total set up to install on the Jeep to the motor home here is the list of things I’m looking at but need you to confirm before ordering. Please look at it and recommend any pieces different from my list. Base plate- RM521424-5 Tow bar - RM-522 Brake system - RM - 8700 Jeep light - RM - 154 Safety cables - DL20119 Thank you for your help Bruce

It certainly looks like you're on the right track, good job!
The # RM-521424-5 direct connect base plates are exactly what I'd recommend. A direct connect base plate doesn't require a crossbar, which makes hitching up and removing the vehicle from the tow bar simpler, and it makes for a much cleaner looking installation.
The Roadmaster # RM-522 tow bar is also my go-to. The bar will self align as you pull off, which makes hooking up much easier because the Jeep won't need to be precisely centered behind the motorhome. The tow bar also is non-binding, which means the arms won't jam up on you if you try to unhook on uneven terrain.
The Roadmaster # RM-8700 Invisibrake is a good choice if you are planning on hanging onto the vehicle for a number of years. The initial installation is fairly extensive, but the system is very simple to use once installed. You'll also need a # RM-88400 relay is required to prevent the towed vehicle's brake signal from overriding the turn signal from the RV when applying the brakes during a turn. The braking system is powered by the Jeep's battery, so you might also consider the # RM-156-25 charge line kit which uses the 12-volt accessory circuit from the motorhome 7-way to keep the battery topped off. You'll still need to start the Jeep for a few minutes a few times a day, but having a maintenance charge on the battery at all times will provide some peace of mind.
For wiring the taillights on the Jeep, the # RM-154 would certainly work, but it wouldn't provide a feed for the 12-v circuit from the trailer connector for the charge line kit mentioned above, should you decide to use it. Instead, I'd recommend the # RM-152-98146-7, which provides an umbilical that has the extra circuit for the charge line.
The # DL20119 Safety Cables would work, but you'll need a quick link like # RM-200008-00 for the end of each cable.
