Hello, neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer, and today we're taking a look at the RoadMaster hitch lock locking hitch pin for tow bars. So generally included with your tow bar is gonna be a standard hitch pin and clip. Now these are great and they function fine, but a tow bar is a big investment and something that you don't want disappearing in the hands of someone else. So having the hitch lock, you can simply clip this in place. It does have a cap for the key hole to keep it nice and clean, and this isn't gonna come off, so no one's gonna be walking away with your tow bar. The hitch pin is a standard 5/8 hitch pin, which is gonna be great for any two-inch hitches that use the 5/8.
So not only can you use it on this vehicle, but if you wanna keep this on your next tow bar vehicle, or any hitch accessory, this will work great. If you'd also like to protect your vehicle, you can actually get a kit that has all three locks, and that way you can lock each side attached to your vehicle and you know nothing's gonna be going missing. The cool thing is, you don't have to use it just on your tow bar. You can take this and put it on any of your hitch-mount accessories and be able to lock it in place, keeping your accessories or your ball mount nice and secure. Included with the RoadMaster hitch lock are two keys.
They are keyed the same. So that way you can always have one on your key ring and one may be in a safe spot, just in case your keys go missing. And that was a look at the RoadMaster hitch lock locking hitch pin for tow bars..
