I am not totally sure what dimension you are looking for, are you asking about the length of the shank section that fits into the vehicle hitch or are you looking for the vertical height of the part that can be set at various heights?

@Rob In the lowest setting the part # PH54FR has a drop of 11 inches. Since that dimension is to the top of the hitch opening you'd add 2 inches to that plus 1/2 inch lip so that would be 13-1/2 inches.

The difference is the color of the pin and clips of the two kits. The Patriot Adjustable Hitch Adapter part #PH67SR has black pin and clips whereas the #PH54FR has red ones.
