Question:
Hello, I have a 2019 F150 and I pull a 4000 pound 16 foot ice house. When I pull it over 65 mph or when a semi passes me. It feels like my tail end comes out from under me and the ice house starts swaying. What do you recommend I put in my pickup? Thanks

This is a pretty common occurrence for newer 1/2 ton trucks. Due to their customer's demands for a more-car like ride featuring a softer rear suspension, the handling while towing suffers.
If you're transporting the ice fishing house on a trailer, you can use a weight distribution system along with a sway control system. If the tongue weight of the trailer is under 800 lbs, I'd go with the Curt # C17051 along with a friction sway control unit like # 17200.
If the ice house has its own wheels, and lacks a traditional trailer tongue where the weight distribution trailer frame brackets would mount, you'd be better suited to using a suspension enhancement product on the vehicle's rear suspension. The RoadActive Suspension kit, part # RAS3611-B for 2 wheel drive vehicles or # RAS3611-Y for 4 wheel drive vehicles would offer the best sway control of the various available options. The system is really pretty simple, it mounts above your existing leaf springs. This option is very highly rated by our customers, and is pretty simple to install. I'll link you to a demonstration video that outlines how the system works.
Another option would be the SuperSprings # SSA28 you'd looked at. This is also a good option that would provide noticeable improvement, but the RAS kits would be more effective against sway which seems to be your main concern.
