For your Ice Castle Fish House, the weight of the unit will determine what Equal-I-zer system will work best. A weight distribution system is based on the total tongue weight of the loaded trailer along with any cargo weight behind the rear axle of the tow vehicle. Because these trailers are fairly good sized, I'll give you a recommendation for a larger system. You want that total tongue weight to fall in the middle of the range of the system for best results.
For a total tongue weight of 1000 lbs, I recommend the Reese Pole-Tongue Adapter for Weight Distribution Systems - 14,000 lbs GTW, 1,400 lbs TW # RP58393 along with the Equal-I-zer # EQ37120ET. This system is rated for tongue weight between 800 and 1200 lbs. It will come with a 2-5/16 inch hitch ball, but you will need a thin walled socket like # ALL643216 to install it.
