Load leveling, sway control hitch. My trailer tongue weight is about 1050 lbs and my car trailer loaded weight 7700 lbs. Which hitch would fit my needs best. Curt CT17500 or Equalizer EQ37120et. Thanks

This is a solid reliable system and the built in sway control will make a noticeable improvement in ride quality. It will keep your trailer in line with your truck when you're going down the highway and make a sudden lane change or get passed by a semi.
The Equal-i-zer item # EQ37120ET has a tongue weight range of 800 lbs - 1,200 lbs so it's perfect for your car trailer's 1,050 lbs tongue weight. It includes a 2" shank and a 2-5/16" hitch ball.
Please note you will need room on your trailer's coupler between 27" - 32" back from where the hitch ball mounts. This is for the sway control brackets.

I have 39" from center of ball to the face of the trailer. So that's good. I'm towing an enclosed 18 foot Tailwinds trailer with a 1930 Ford AA Truck inside. The truck it's self is 3700 lbs. Trailer is 3200 lbs and is 10-1/2 tall. I really feel the wind coming off Semis when they pass me. So I'm hoping the sway control system EQ37120ET that your recommending will solve this issue. Thanks Don Cole
