You would need 2 springs, # 30776, for the 15K Reese 5th wheel hitch. One spring attaches to the handle assembly and the other is for the jaws of the hitch. Take a look at the picture I have included that shows the springs in their positions.

The Reese 15K hitch is no longer made so the stickers for it, when it was new, are not available. But if you can tell me the approximate age of the hitch or the part number if it is on it anywhere, I may be able to find some.

We do have replacement handle assemblies available for the Kwik Slide, part 58161. For the head, if you need a new actuating rod, that is part 30579 as long as you don't have a ProSeries or Signature Series model. Depending on your hitch model, if you need a handle, check part 58055. It is a replacement handle that fits a number of Reese and Draw-Tite heads, just check the description to see if your model is listed.
