Will Roadmaster Baseplate kit RM521453-5 interfere with mounting a aftermarket bumper with winch plate?

Yes. You cannot use the Roadmaster # RM-521453-5 base plates with an aftermarket bumper. If you've already got an aftermarket bumper that has D rings you can use the # RM-035-1 (for 1" D rings) or # RM-035 (for 3/4" D-rings). Both of these adapters are compatible with Roadmaster tow bars, but you will need a Roadmaster tow bar that mounts in the receiver on your motorhome like the Roadmaster Falcon 2 # RM-520.

If you're thinking about adding an aftermarket bumper to your existing setup, you would need to remove the Roadmaster # RM-521453-5 base plates first.
