I have a 2019 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. OEM steel bumper. Installing Roadmaster Direct Connect Baseplate. Will this winch plate work with Roadmaster Direct Connect Baseplate?

Hello Tom, thanks for reaching out. Yes, you can use the Bulldog Winch Mount # BDW20353 along with a Roadmaster base plate on your 2019 Wrangler Rubicon which is part # RM-521453-5. The picture below shows an example of a similar winch mount installed along with a base plate and as you can see they fit together just fine.
