I recommend going with the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # 13389 because it's the only 2" hitch receiver option that is compatible with the Stow-N-Go seats on your 2007 Dodge Caravan. By installing the 2" hitch receiver you'll be able to use a wider variety of accessories. Attached is an installation video of this on a 2007 Grand Caravan that you can check out.

Since most people who install a hitch on a Caravan are looking to use it for towing you'll also need the T-One Wiring # 118300 and a ball mount like the kit # # 989900 which includes two ball mounts, one with a 3/4” rise/2” drop and the other with a 2-3/4” rise/4” drop, a 1-7/8” hitch ball, a 2” hitch ball, and a pin and clip. You will want to refer to the attached ball mount article to ensure that this kit is correct for your towing application.
