Does this hitch come with complete installation instructions? Does the rear bumper need to be removed for installation? Is there any drilling needed to install?

The Draw-Tite Class III # 75305 Trailer Hitch Receiver does include complete installation instructions and you can review them online prior to your purchase or receiving the hitch (see link). All needed installation hardware is also provided.
The rear bumper will not need to be removed for installation. Drilling is also not required. The hitch is installed using existing bolts and weld nuts on the vehicle.
If you'll be towing with the hitch, you'll also need the following products to complete your towing system:
Plug and play trailer wiring harness with 4 pin trailer connector # 118300
Ball mount # 2753
2 inch trailer ball # 63845
1-7/8 inch trailer ball # 19260
