Thank you for those measurements they were great and we do have the hub and drum you need, you just need to know if you need a 6 lug or 8 lug hub, as well as your axle's weight capacity, though it should be between 5,200 lbs and 7,000 lbs.
- 6 lugs: Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly - 5,200-lb and 6,000-lb Axles - 12" - 6 on 5-1/2 - Pre-Greased # AKHD-655-6-K
- 8 lugs: Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly - 5,200-lb to 7,000-lb Axles - 12" Diameter - 8 on 6-1/2 # 42866UC3
For grease (for the Dexter hub which is not pre-greased) I recommend the LubriMatic Disc/Drum Brake and Wheel Bearing Grease # L11380; for a bearing packer I recommend the Bearing Packer # PTW1218 or # ALL647646.
I've added links to video reviews of both options for you to check out.
