Whats the difference between this and part CU53FR?

The Curt # C16024 fifth wheel legs you mentioned fit the A series hitches from 20k and up; the A20 # C16540, A25 # C16580, and A30 # C16590. They're technically designed for the A30 because of the legs's 30,000 pound rating but they still fit the other two. With that in mind they will not, however, increase the weight capacity of the other 2 hitches.

The # CU53FR legs fit all of the same hitches plus the Q Series and E Series hitches as well. These legs even fit the A30 however they are only rated up to 25,000 pounds so if you use them with the A30 you'll lose capacity.

Both sets fit into the factory puck system on the 2020 and newer GM model trucks.
