Before you roll out, a quick look at the color-coded indicator tells you what’s happening—red means uncoupled, yellow means ready to couple, and green means hitched and ready to tow. It’s visible from the cab, so there’s no guesswork or climbing into the bed to confirm the lock position. The handle self-resets after uncoupling, making it ready to hitch again when you are.
The fully articulating torsion head lets the hitch move naturally with the trailer, absorbing shock and reducing road noise. This fifth-wheel hitch is compatible with rotating pin boxes, such as the Reese Sidewinder, Reese Revolution, and 5th Airborne Sidewinder, only when used with a wedge (sold separately).

Solid product. Easy to install. Height adjustment was perfect for my setup. (lowest position) I especially like that the head plate can be easily removed to reduce the weight for removal of the base.
It's a hitch. Still not sure it could take a hard brake if needed. Not much material at the thinnest portion of the stem.
Horrible!!! Sent me the the wrong one. Online says it fits my truck. Received the wrong stuff. needed it by the Weeknd in order to pick up a new trailer now I have to figure out something else paid $xxxx for the wrong stuff hopefully they make it right. Very frustrating. Then try to add photos and would not allow to upload show everybody that somebody could not measure right. This is Ridiculous!!!

Just what I ordered and just in time!!
Works great for pulling the fifth wheel RV we bought.

Install was very easy and it only took around 30 min from start to finish , looks great and works as designed in my 2021GMC 2500HD STD BED .

Very easy one person installation of this 2020 chevy puck version of this hitch. 45 min to get it done but much of that time was double checking and re measuring. Simple.

Excellent hitch. I’ve had it a year without any issues. It installed super fast, is easy to hookup and very stable driving. I previously had a Pullrite and this one is way easier to use. Etrailer is also one of the easiest companies to work with in this industry.
hitch is everything that I hoped for. The staff were a get help in fixing my order. Prompt and was able to fix all of the issues very quickly, the fault's were not made be the staff.

Great hitch easy to use and handles my trailers weight and size very well.
This was my first order from e trailer but it wont be my last .Christopher Heiped me determine what 5th wheel hitch was best for my application thanks Chris.Then the guys in shipping had my hitch on the truck for delivery in 1 hour,I had my hitch in 3 days wow.As for the curt A25 Hitch it was easy to assemble and install did it by myself in about 2 hours.I haven't used it yet but all my friends with 5th wheels admired it and they have pretty high standards so i expect that it will do just fine.
The hitch is very well built and heavy. It doesn't have a lot of play where it mounts or where the pin connects and provides a nice secure fit. I did have to raise it to the top mounts and raise my fifth wheel pin on the trailer to give me enough clearance when on uneven ground to prevent the trailer from contacting the bed of the truck.
Works great and was easy to install. I have not had any problems with it.

This hitch has a max height of 16.5-17 inches, which was not enough to provide clearance between the 5th wheel and the box. In retrospect I should have considered a Reese or B&W. Curt builds a solid product and it performed well, but the measurements didn’t work well for my 2020 Sierra Denali 1 ton dually.

Had to sell it, as it did not work for my vehicle.
I've owned this hitch for one year. I pull a 42' fifth wheel weighing in at around 17k pounds with a GMC Sierra 3500 dually. I changed to this hitch from another brand because of chucking and I'm glad I did. This is the hitch recommended by my GMC Servive Dept (they sell them for more - that's why I bought from etrailer). The hitch breaks apart in the middle which makes for lighter / easier removal. Recommend the hitch and etrailer.
Package arrived on time, easy to assemble and install.
This hitch is easy to connect and disconnect the trailer with. No chucking noticed, easy to read hitching stages on the rear color coded window.
Only complaint is the pin to secure the operating handle is difficult to insert when hooked up to the pin box. A little more space would have been nice.
Lightening fast shipping with up to date tracking...good price too.

Looks well made and it's fairly easy to handle for what it is.
