These tie-downs clamp right onto your bed rails, so you don’t have to drill or cut into your truck. The wide steel brackets lock down tight using T-bars and hex bolts, giving you a secure hold without permanent changes. When you’re done hauling, they come off just as easily and leave no trace behind. It’s a quick setup that anyone can handle with basic tools.
Each bracket and clamp plate comes with neoprene pads that sit between the steel and your paint. This soft barrier helps prevent scratches and dents while you tighten everything down. You get all the holding strength of steel without the worry of scuffing your bed rails.
The black powder-coated steel construction gives these tie-downs their strength and corrosion resistance. The wide clamps spread out the load for dependable holding power, even on long trips or rough roads. The finish keeps rust at bay so your gear stays reliable year after year.
To lock your camper in place, use turnbuckles, S-hooks, and chains (sold separately) to connect the tie-downs to your camper’s anchor points. Once tensioned correctly, this setup keeps your camper stable and ready for travel without shifting in the bed.
You get four tie-downs—two for the front and two for the rear—along with clamp plates, 12 neoprene pads, and all the hardware you need for installation. Everything is built to make your setup straightforward, solid, and easy to remove when it’s time to unload.

Nice brackets, easy installation. Only issue is that the bolt holes were drilled too close to the Weld joints making it too tight to use a socket and difficult to tighten down

The brackets are to wide and don’t fit in my 2021 f250
I installed these on my 2014 ford f150 (6.5' bed) and they went on without much trouble. I think where some folks are having trouble is with the bolts. The nut is intended to go on the back side and the square head should be inside the truck bed. Little bit hard to get the nut started but got them all on and with a 9/16" wrench they are tight and sturdy. My camper weighs a little over 1600 lbs. so these are a perfect solution to install in my truck.
At the moment I have yet to install the tie-downs. However they arrives when etrailer stated and the boxes were in excellent condition. I expect to use them this weekend to pick up my new to me slide in truck camper.
Installed the Brophy Clamp on my 2022 F350, put the pop up camper in and drove 550 miles round trip. Worked great with no issues. Highly recommend this product and etrailer.com was easy to order, quick shipping and was a great experience with this company.

I took the Brophys off, they pulled off the aluminum lip that it ties to. These are totally unsafe for aluminum beds. I had these on my 2016 ford truck and they worked great, it was a metal bed. I cant sell these brackets in good faith to anyone else

Without knowing more information, the only reason why this would not fit your 2021 Ford Super Duty is if you have a board or step underneath your truck bed.
