How to Determine Correct Bearings for Boat Trailer

Question:
I’m changing seals and bearing on my Triton boat trailer and the problem I’m running into is the outside part looks the same but this bearing I took out will slide right on but all the replacements are too small to slide on, need help

I am not 100 percent sure what you are asking but it sounds from what I can gather that your bearings don't fit? If that is indeed the case then you need to ensure you have the right size bearings, and there are only two ways to accomplish that.
The first is to take look at your old bearings; wipe away the grease and you should be able to see the part number stamped directly on them. If you are unable to find them, you need to use digital caliper and measure your spindle to the thousandths of an inch where the bearings ride.
