Question:
Getting some pretty loud clunksinch coming from the suspension so I started investigating the possible causes. I am the second owner, BTW It currently has a MORryde equalizer and greaseable shackles which I would assume are also MORryde. Just realized they are greaseable so I have not yet greased any of the components. What are the chances just grease would fix a loud clunking noise? While investigating this issue I discovered what appears to be a discrepancy in the size for the equalizer. My axles are on 35 inch centers, but I have the smaller equalizer which your website would recommend for 33 inch centers. Could this be the problem? I know it is hard to tell from the pictures, but does the equalizer appear to be worn out? Thanks! Oh, and sorry about the personnel photo. Couldnt figure out how to it!

Thanks for the pictures! If you're getting that loud of noise out of your 2019 Jayco Eagle Fifth Wheel's equalizers then it is time to replace them. Greasing them won't fix that loud clunking noise. If your axles are 35" on center then you are going to want a bigger equalizer. I recommend replacing your old equalizers with the MORryde Shock Absorbing Suspension Equalizers for Tandem Axle Trailers w/ 35" Wheelbase - 8K item # MR27ZR. These will give you up to 3" of up-and-down travel that will give your trailer the ability to compensate for different types of terrain. You probably aren't getting as much movement out of the shorter ones you currently have installed.
