The spring comes with pre-installed nylon bushings sized for 9/16" bolts, so the pivot points move smoothly without metal-on-metal wear. Quick shipping but was not packaged properly, product was hanging out when dropped off. Springs were beat up a bit.

Leaving for 7 week trip to Florida and Alabama from Wisconsin when I saw that I had a collapsed spring 3 days before leaving. Called and spoke with Paula and sent out new set of springs overnight and got installed next day and left on time. Excellent customer service.

I haven't installed them yet, but the product looks correct. However the packaging was a bit disappointing, all 4 leaf springs were seemingly dumped into a square box, although there was wrapping paper, they were not individually wrapped, this allowed them to rub against each other and chip the paint.
The box must have needed to be taped in transit, as the leaf springs appeared to have been bulging out the sides. I would have expected a rectangular box that would have fit these items better.
Junk don’t buy then! They don’t last 1000 miles before braking and bending. Old springs where 10yrs old will 100k miles on them. The are total junk and they don’t have a warranty so you will be out all your money when this crap brakes!!!!
So far based on visual inspection and install I am super pleased with these springs. I have not gotten to tow with them yet but I’m sure they will not disappoint. I had to get them to increase the clearance between the axle and Frame of my car trailer due to me upsizing to a 6000lb 3” diameter axle. I purchased 2 at first because I was not sure this would work for what I was trying to do but once they were finally delivered I installed that night and ordered 2 more for the other axle.
Didn't fit! I called customer service and they said "we typically recommend ordering a few inches shorter than what you measure when installed on the trailer", what does that even mean?! I measured 26" on the trailer, they don't sell a 24" spring, and that would be 1.25" shorter than what I need. Unbelievable! Now I'm stuck with a $112 return shipping charge on $320 springs ... this is why people purchase from Amazon. Never Again!
I pick up a set of leaf springs with shackle bolts for our trip this last spring to Alaska, just in case, easy to buy and shipping was fast.

I have a 2021 Grand Design 303 RLS whose left side weighs approximately 1000 pounds more than the right due to kitchen slide out and provisions loaded. Left side sits approx 1" lower, even with Sumos added. Camper came with 2600# springs, the e94SR was depicted as a direct replacement for the Dexter 072-097-02. It is not. Dexter spring is approx. 3/4" shorter in length and 2 1/4" shorter in height. The e94SR will upset camper geometry and change axle alignment which will scrub tires. It also won't install without longer U-bolts, which I don't remember mentioned. I need a spring of identical geometry to current spring, but with 3000# capacity to balance out the left side of camper.
Overall, very solid looking & feeling components. I ordered a new set of leaf springs & all hanging hardware (shackles, equalizers, etc.) for a tandem axle trailer. Was pleased to see that brass spacers were included since this kit utilized “wet bolts”. Packaging had definitely been roughly handled along the delivery process, so make sure that you validate your parts inventory after receiving. Also, wish that the etrailer rep would have recommended/reminded me that new u-bolts were not included w/ this kit, otherwise I would’ve purchased & saved a trip to my local trailer supply store.
Perfect replacement for my old springs. These 6 leafs are a great value. Replace the nylon bushings with bronze: Customer service Rep Jon answered all my questions. That’s what I like about etrailer
I put them on my 5th wheel camper. Trailer is about 12k loaded. These are bigger than the ones that came from factory. Camper is not saying like it used to and is higher off the ground which gives me better clearance on truck bed since it’s a fifth wheel. Camper sits much better now. First test trip was from Austin TX to Jacksonville TX. This was second trip to Florida. First was on original suspension, and second was on new suspension. Much easier drive. I was cruising at 68MPH to 72MPH with ease. I recommend these leaf springs and center distribution yoke
Super fast shipping, as others commented shipping box was taped up where springs were coming out. But everything looked great after opening. Always a good experience with etrailer. And the Lippert Shock kits are still looking and working great after 3 years 5 stars on those two

Upgrade replacement for my old springs that had flattened.
Fit perfect, raised my trailer about 1.75” which I wanted.
The only issue I had was upon arrival, they were laying loose in the UPS truck as the box had been torn open.

After a year of using these springs, I feel like the increased capacity of the springs over the stock ones really helps the stability of the trailer as well as less movement of items inside the trailer.
I gave them an above average rating because they are an update to the 4 leaf springs that keep breaking. We have yet to complete a trip without at least one breaking. Our trips are usually at least 6-7 thousand miles. Hopefully these will stand up to the ever increasing rough roads. We'll see. Leaving shortly for another cross country trip.

Very satisfied with the heavier springs! Finally got a complete set that can take the road punishment. Over 10k miles now and holding up very well.

My original Leaf Springs have slightly different length and few other parameters:
Capacity: 3,500 vs 3,000 lbs
Center of Eye to Center of Eye: 25-3/4" vs 26"
Arch: 3-1/2" vs 4-1/4"
Jameson C. assured me that those are good fit anyway.

Hey Jurijs! I think maybe the wrong spring was sent or we mismeasured because you did lose a chunk of space there. When measuring, you have to go from spring eye center across to the center of the spring eye on the other side. Let me reach out to you by email about this!
