Wanting to install a hitch on my 2019 Escape but I really like the hidden look of some of there hitches. Which one would be the most hidden"

The 3 trailer hitches with the most hidden receivers for your 2019 Ford Escape are the Curt # C13186, the Draw-Tite # 75782, and the etrailer.com # e98866.

Since they all have the same profile it really boils down to what style suits you best. If you plan on towing then I recommend the Draw-Tite because it has an integrated wiring mounting bracket that really gives you a clean looking installation. If you only plan on using the trailer hitch for accessories like a bike rack or cargo carrier then I recommend the etrailer.com option instead because it comes with a matte black finish that does a better job at covering up dents and dings from road debris.
