We have fifth wheel hitches that are designed to fit the recessed gooseneck balls on flat bed trucks with the B and W Companion part # BWRVK3050 which is designed to fit the recessed gooseneck part # BWGNRK1500.
The Companion slider part # BWRVK3400 is designed to fit gooseneck hitches that are flush with the truck bed and would only fit a flat bed if the gooseneck hitch was a B and W and was flush with the top of the truck bed.
