In order to flat tow your 2020 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk Elite, you'll need base plates, a tow bar, safety cables, a wiring solution so the vehicle taillights will mimic what the motorhome tallights do, a supplemental braking system and possibly a high/low adapter and a few other odds and ends.
I'll typically recommend Roadmaster products because they are well-engineered, reliable, easy to use and cost-effective. For a base plate, I'd recommend # RM-521451-5, because it's not terribly visible when it's not being used.
For a tow bar, you can't go wrong with the Roadmaster Falcon 2, part # RM-520 and # RM-643 for safety cables. The Falcon 2 self-aligns for easy hook up even on terrain that's less than even.
The # RM-15267 Diode wiring kit is a popular choice, because once it's installed you'll simply plug it in and off you go. For a supplemental braking system, I'd recommend the Roadmaster Invisibrake # RM-8700. Once installed, the system is very unobtrusive and simple to use with almost no set up necessary at the beginning of each trip. A stoplight switch, part # RM-751471 is also needed.
Assuming that your Cherokee has stock sized tires, the base plate height will be around 20-1/4 inches above the ground. If the receiver height of your motorhome is within 3 inches +/- of that height, you won't need a high/low adapter. I've linked you to our selection of adapters, plus some help articles and installation videos for the parts I've recommended.
