Question:
Hello I have change all the lights on my enclosed trailer and now I don’t have running lights or backup lights on the new flush mount lights I bought from you

When trailer lights aren't working the issue is related to the assemblies not having either the ground or the power source present for it. Since you most likely have power present to the assemblies when you wired them up I'd suspect the issue is the ground of the lights since there is some variance in how assemblies ground.
Looks like the taillights you bought are the LED Trailer Tail Light w/ Reflector # DG52721PB which ground through the white wire and the red and black wires should carry the signals for the taillight functions. If you check out the review video I attached you can see each of the wire circuits pointed out and where they need to be ran. The white is ground, red stop/turn, and the blacks are for both the reverse light and the running light.
The black wire that is coming out of the hole with just a single white wire is for the reverse lights, and the other side carries the other circuits.
