Hello, The Telluride and the Palisade have the same frame, engine, and transmission. They also have the same rear self leveling suspension when equipped but tuned differently. Is it safe to assume that this tow hitch would fit the Palisade as well?

The correct trailer hitch for a 2020 Hyundai Palisade is the Curt Class III Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13427. This trailer hitch is rated for up to 5,000 lbs and it offers a completely bolt-on installation. The best part of all is that it has a hidden design which means only the receiver tube is shown, not the cross tube as you can see in the attached photo. The Curt Class III Trailer Hitch Receiver is also fairly easy to install and should only take around 45-90 minutes or so.
If you will be doing any towing with your Palisade you are also going to need a trailer wiring harness, the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness part # CU94FR which offers simple plug and play installation (see video) with no cutting or splicing and a ball mount/hitch ball, the etrailer.com Ball Mount Kit part # 989900.
