I am looking for a trailer hitch to tow our trailer with on our 2020 Hyundai Palisade. What do you suggest?

The trailer hitch I recommend for a 2020 Hyundai Palisade is the etrailer Hitch part # e95ZR which is a direct bolt-on fit so no permanent modifications will be needed. It has a hidden design so you won't see the bulky cross tube. Furthermore, it has has a duller powder coated finished when compared to some other options so it's going to blend it with the vehicle more giving the best overall look.
In order to complete your towing setup you will also need the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness part # CU94FR which is plug and play. If the trailer has brakes, you'll also want the 7-Way RV Upgrade Kit part # ETBC7L and Curt Echo Wireless Trailer Brake Controller part # C51180 which is the easiest to install brake controller option. Last but not least, the etrailer Ball Mount Kit part # 989900.
