Does Curt Hitch Fit 2026 Hyundai Palisade Hybrid

Question:
I have a Hyundai Palisade Hybrid BLUE SEL PREMIUM 7R FWD. VIN KM8RH5SA0TU031065 What trailer hitch number am I looking at? I wasn’t sure if the regular Palisade would be the same as the hybrid.

Hey John, the best hitch we have for your 2026 Hyundai Palisade Hybrid is the Curt part # C22RJ. I like Curt hitches because they have great towing capacities and also have a higher quality control than other options. Will you be doing any towing?

If you want to install this hitch on a Palisade hybrid, you will also need a separate bracket to accept the wiring harness. I am at a Hyundai dealer now and they can not install the OEM harness until they find a bracket that will attach to the vehicle and accept the round 7 pin plug.

Yes, I plan on towing my boat and getting a trailer. I hear I can go up to 4000 pounds because it’s a hybrid. So I would most likely want a seven pin harness adapter brake control controller whatever also.
