Question:

Best fit for 2019 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500 with 170 Inch Wheelbase with standard bumper. Which receiver does stick out the less past the bumper between the Draw-Tite # 75549 and the Curt #13388?

There isn't going to be any noticeable difference in the fit between the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch # 75549 and Curt Trailer Hitch # C13388 that fit your 2019 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500 with a 170 inch wheelbase and standard bumper. The reason for that is both hitches install in the exact same spot on the frame, and both will be about flush with the bumper on your Sprinter.

Both hitches have a 6,000 lb towing capacity and 600 lb tongue weight capacity but the biggest differences are that the Draw-Tite hitch is rated for 7,500 lbs towing and 750 lbs tongue weight when used with weight distribution while the Curt hitch is rated for 10,000 lbs towing and 1,000 lbs tongue weight when combined with a weight distribution system.
