HITCH 75420, WHAT IS THE WIDTH. NEED TO KNOW TO FIT THE FRAME OF THE VEHICLE.

I have attached a diagram I made of the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver item # 75420. From bolt hole to bolt the hitch is 37-5/8". This hitch fits 2004 - 2008 Dodge Ram Pickup 1500s and 2003 - 2009 Dodge Ram Pickup 2500 and 3500s. I have linked an installation video.
I saw you were looking for a hitch for a 2008 Dodge Sprinter Van. There is a Draw-Tite that fits multiple models and wheelbases. It is item # 75549 and it fits:
2500 Van - 144 inch Wheelbase - with standard bumper
2500 Van - 170 inch Wheelbase - with standard bumper
3500 Van - 144 inch Wheelbase - with standard bumper
