Universal Trailer Hitch to Mount to Bottom of Frame on 1995 International 4700

Question:

Looking for a trailer hitch for a 1995 International 4700 Low Pro. It has a 10 foot flat bed on it. The rear leaf spring hanger is bolted onto the out side of the frame. No room to weld a hitch on the outside of the frame. I need one that I can weld to the bottom of the frame. I can get the meshurments for the with and I need if you are able to make a custom hitch.

The best option we have available for your International 4700 is the Buyers Products Class 4 Hitch Receiver # 3371801055. This can be either bolted or welded to the bottom of the frame rails on your truck and it features a long receiver design to help clear the flat bed for easier access. It has a towing capacity of 10,000 pounds and a tongue weight limit of 1,000 pounds.
