I do have a great option for you, however the Draw-Tite Max-E-Loader Trailer Hitch Receiver # 41121 isn't going to fit your 1995 GMC P3500. This particular hitch is designed for certain model years of the Chevy and GMC full size van and it's not going to line up to the frame rails of your P3500.
There isn't a similar custom hitch available for your vehicle so your best option is to go with a universal weld-on unit like the Draw-Tite # 41990 paired with the 7" # 4907 or 16" # 4916 Weld-On Brackets.
We also have the Buyers Products # 3371801055 that features a longer than normal hitch receiver tube. This may be a good option for your P3500 that has an extended body behind the rear axle so that the receiver sticks out far enough out for easy access.
