Hello Allen. Yes, you can use a load equalizer/weight distribution hitch with the Buyers Products Class 4 Service Body Long Hitch Receiver # 3371801055. As long as it is properly installed, and you stay under the 10,000 lb towing 1,000 lb tongue weight limit you will be good to go.
