Can the Buyer's Products Class 4 Service Body Hitch Be Bolted On or Welded?

This hitch says weld required, but also says bolt on. Which is it?

Both! I checked with Buyer's Products and their Class 4 Service Body Long Hitch item # 3371801055 can either be welded on or bolted on with the included hardware. This is a universal hitch so you'll need to drill into your trucks frame if you go the bolt on route.
