Curious if there is a speed limit for the foldable tow dolly.

Yes, if you check out page 4 of the linked instructions for the Demco Kar Kaddy SS # DM9713045 you can see that Demco says not to exceed 55 mph. I have attached a clip from the instructions for you to reference.
