Please confirm fitment for 2019 RAM 2500 Power Wagon with 6-1/2 foot bed. Will the hitch TLD1109-30 fit below factory hitch? Are any modifications required to the full size spare tire location/support? What is this receivers height distance below factory receiver?

Yes, the TorkLift SuperHitch Magnum Trailer Hitch Receiver # TLD1109-30 will fit your 2019 RAM 2500 Power Wagon with the 6-1/2' bed. According to the installation instructions no modification of the spare tire location/support is needed.

The receiver actually sits directly below the OEM receiver on your pickup. I have attached a photo of the TorkLift SuperHitch Original Trailer Hitch Receiver # TLD1108 on a 2018 Ram 3500 that you can reference. This isn't the exact same trailer hitch but the receiver locations will be the same for your application.

I have attached the installation instructions for the SuperHitch Magnum that you can reference. By installing the SuperHitch you can now use some of the larger TorkLift products like the Everest Weight Distribution # TLWD1000 or one of the linked hitch extenders.
