Will TorkLift Tie-Downs From 2016 Ram 3500 Crew Cab Fit 2024 Ram 3500 Crew Cab

Updated 11/03/2025 | Published 01/25/2025

Question:

I have a perfectly good set of Torklift truck camper tie downs I took off my 2016 Ram 3500 Crew Cab 2WD Diesel dually. Numbers D2124 front and D3109 rear. I just purchased a new 2024 Ram 3500 Crew Cab 4WD Gasoline dually. Both trucks were 8 foot beds. Is there any chance they might fit? Looking at your web site, I see the part numbers have changed over the years.

Hey Charlie! Looking at your picture it doesn't look like you have any running boards. I'm also assuming you have the factory hitch, is that correct? If so, the tie-downs for your 2024 Ram 3500 are the TorkLift Tie Downs - Custom Frame Mount - Front and Rear # TL75FV. This is the same as the D2140 and D3112.

Unfortunately, this means your old tie-downs will not carry over. If I were you I would try to sell them to help cover the cost of the new ones. I'm assuming you still have turnbuckles like the # TLS9529-2-LK but if you don't you will need those as well.

Hey Charlie, how did things go with the new TorkLift tie downs on your 2024 Ram 3500? Were you able to get them mounted without any issues? Your update could make it easier for others upgrading from an older Ram setup.

@RobinH I received the correct TorkLift camper tie downs for my 2024 Ram 3500 from Torklift in plenty of time to get them installed before I needed to pick up our new Northern Lite 10-2 camper. The tie downs were easy to install and everything I needed was included in the package. I am 70 years old and the biggest issue was getting up after I got them installed. High quality product and well designed. I highly recommend TorkLift products! Thank you!
