This setup gives you two vertically stacked 2" x 2" receivers so you can tow a trailer and still carry a hitch-mounted bike rack or cargo carrier. Instead of swapping gear every time you need to haul something, you can keep both in place and stay ready for any trip. The single-receiver cross tube installs under your factory hitch, maintaining a strong connection without cutting into your towing power.
When it comes to pulling weight, this hitch is built to handle serious loads. It’s rated for a maximum gross trailer weight of 17,000 lbs and up to 20,000 lbs when used with weight distribution. Tongue weight tops out at 1,700 lbs (2,000 lbs with weight distribution). The sturdy steel build uses high-penetration, dual-shield welding and hardened, reinforced hitch pin holes to prevent wear over time.
If you travel with a truck bed camper, the integrated mounting points make it easy to add TorkLift camper tie-downs. You can also use the SuperTruss extension (sold separately) to push the receiver out behind your camper while maintaining high towing strength. Even extended setups can keep impressive capacity when paired with proper weight distribution equipment, so you can haul your trailer with your camper installed.
You won’t need to modify the frame or fire up a welder—this hitch bolts on using existing holes. The included bolts, plate washers, and fishwire make installation straightforward using standard tools. With built-in safety chain loops, two included hitch pins and clips, and a corrosion-resistant black powder coat finish, it’s ready for the long haul as soon as it’s mounted.

Awesome hitch and not hard two install with a good helper!
Fitment was great. Relatively easy to install. My only complaint would be the manufacturers method of packing. It was not UPS proof. Lost 2 2 inch plates, star washer, 1 bolt and 2 nuts. Hardware was all over the box and a hole was made by the hitch cross bar in the box. No instructions.
Very nice product once installed. I installed this hitch on my 2015 Ram 3500 Dually, and I will say the video that pulls up when installing it on a 2015 3500 was slightly different than my install. The other install video that was provided for the 2018 Ram 3500 was correct, specifically in regards to the front most frame mounting hole. My brackets were not long enough to reach the front-most hole, and therefore had to use the hole right behind it. It had me scratching my head for a while thinking I got the wrong frame brackets. Once I looked deeper into it, I figured it out. Hopefully this saves somebody a couple of hours of head scratching!
eTrailer is GREAT! I use them for all my personal trailer needs. Staff is always out of their way helpful. If you are not 100% sure what you need, call them and they will help and type the order up while you are on the phone with them. I have purchased 5th-wheel leaf spring hitches breaks and misc. Parts. Fast delivery from multiple warehouses. This last purchase was for a 20k torquelift super hitch to pair up with the stock 3500 dually HD class 5 2 1/2 reciver hitch, so that could use the torquelift 48 truss extended hitch and haul my boat with my 12ft cab over camper on. The bass are bitting time to go!

Excellent product, installation was very easy and worked exactly as it was designed to. I purchased this hitch as well as the 21” super truss extension and was able to pull my 40ft travel trailer all through Colorado with no issues what so ever. I would recommend this for anyone needing to extend their hitch point out to give themselves a little more room so they can lower their tailgate while hooked up or like in my case carry my side by side on top of my bed cover and still be able to turn and not hit the front cap of my RV.
The hitch looks great ,, but the box was damaged when the shipper dropped off the package , the fastener bag that was inside the box was also damaged when I opened up the box ,, I am not sure if all of the fasteners are present .
