I would like to know what pieces I need to get in order to have a 77lbs kayak loaded on the top of the camper. Thank you

To carry your kayak on the roof of your 2019 Palomino SS1251 truck camper you'll want to install a roof rack like the SportRack Pop-Up Camper Roof Rack # SR1020 that you referenced or an adjustable track-type rack like the SL Roof Rack system # Y01617 from Yakima. Track type racks are nice since they let you adjust the bar positions for different cargo items but either one will do it for your kayak. For either option you'll want to be sure to use a silicone sealant like # 0160297 to ensure a leak-free installation on your camper's roof.
For a kayak carrier that offers great value I recommend the etrailer # E98878 which folds down when you are not using it and which fits on all rack bar shapes. It has a hefty 150-lb weight rating so you'll have plenty of extra capacity for your 77-lb kayak. Load straps and tie downs are included. Please see the linked video for more details.
