To remove the existing hitch ball combo on your Andersen Rapid Hitch Ball Mount like # AM3411, you will first need to remove the internal pin that goes through the ball housing and hitch ball. The small pin has a threaded hole in it. This lets you insert a 1/4 inch screw or bolt into it. You can then simply turn the pin so that it starts to come out enough from the housing so you can pull it out the rest of the way. Once the pin is removed, the ball combo will slide right out.
You may need to apply a spray lubricant like PB Blaster to help lubricate the pin.

Morning, On my Andersen adjustable hitch I have tried and tried to remove the internal pin. I have a 1/4 coarse threaded bolt in it but it won’t budge. I’ve tried WD40 and PB Blaster. I’ve tried pulling, twisting and tapping with mallet. Any ideas??
