Removing Trailer Ball from Andersen Rapid Hitch Ball Mount

Question:
can i remove one of the balls from the rapid hitch?,,i never use the 1 7/8 ball and it kinda hangs too low..how do i do it?

As you can see by the photo I provided, both of the trailer balls used on the Andersen Rapid Hitch are constructed of a single piece. It is not possible to remove one ball.
