When you’re hauling a trailer or loading down the bed, rear-end sag throws off your steering and braking. The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate air springs add up to 5,000 lbs of load-leveling capacity, distributing weight across all four wheels so your suspension doesn’t take the hit alone. Adjustable from 5 to 100 psi, they keep your truck level front to back and side to side. That means stable handling, even braking, and headlights that stay aimed where they should.
Rough roads and uneven loads don’t have to mean a harsh ride. Each air spring has a closed-cell urethane jounce spring inside that absorbs bumps and road shock at lower pressures. As weight increases, the jounce stiffens progressively to prevent bottoming out. If air pressure ever drops, the jounce acts as a backup so you can still carry a load temporarily without damaging the suspension. It’s a hybrid design that keeps the ride stable whether you’re loaded or empty.
Every part of this kit is built for real work. The 2-ply, fabric-reinforced rubber air springs handle high pressures without stretching thin, while exclusive upper and lower roll plates protect against contact damage and increase load capacity. Zytel nylon endcaps replace steel to cut weight and stop corrosion before it starts. Together with maintenance-free urethane internals, these materials stand up to heat, cold, salt, and long hauls without leaks or rust.
Adding serious suspension support doesn’t have to be complicated. The kit comes complete with mounting brackets, hardware, air lines, and manual inflation valves—so you can bolt it on using basic tools and inflate through easily accessible bump-mounted valves. Each bag adjusts independently for side-to-side leveling when your load isn’t perfectly centered. And if you want in-cab control later, it’s ready for an optional Air Lift compressor system so you can dial in pressure from your seat whenever the load changes.

Working fine, add air when towing and keeps truck level, have no problems with tham.
