It sounds like the Rapid Hitch Adjustable Aluminum Ball Mount Kit - 2 Zinc Balls - 5-1/2" Drop, 6-1/2" Rise # AM3411 has dirt or debris binding the pin. Since this pin simply drops in place as you can see in the attached video, the best way to remove the pin is to use some penetrating oil around that pin and then using movement to allow the oil to find its way to the bound location. I recommend using a rubber mallet to give vibration and movement to the pin while trying to twist the hitch ball back and forth.
The rubber mallet won't damage the ball mount, but if you are concerned about scuffs, simply place a shop towel over the finish to protect from the mallet.
If all else fails, you can use a self-tapping screw like # FA1131822 to bite into the pin and then pull the pin.
