just got a new combi ball. how do i remove the old one

Expert Reply:
In order to remove the existing hitch ball combo on your Andersen Rapid Hitch Ball Mount like # AM3411, you will first need to remove the internal pin that goes through the ball housing and hitch ball. The small pin has a threaded hole in it, through which you can insert a 1/4 inch screw or bolt to thread into it. You can then simply turn the pin so that it starts to come out enough from the housing so you can pull it out the rest of the way. Once the pin is removed, the ball combo will slide right out.

I have a Andersen hutch I want to change the balls to 1”7/8 to 2” mine has no hole in the pin

Have a rapid hitch that I need to change balls. There is nothing put a plug but no slot to use screw driver. How do I remove plug? Thanks

Good day, contacted rapid hitch about the silent cap falling off my 2 5/16 inch ball they sent me a new cap. How do I install that properly to the ball?
